Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Vesicles (Exosome)
At the heart of AlgiZome is Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Vesicles, created using a patented biomimetic exosome technology. These laboratory created vesicles are derived from green microalgae and designed to mirror the structure and function of human fibroblast exosomes. Unlike conventional extracts or isolated molecules, this innovation encapsulates the entire bioactive profile of the original microalga-leveraging what is arguably the most efficient, naturally occurring delivery and signalling system in biology. These exosomes act as intelligent messengers, engaging with skin cells to help stimulate the synthesis of collagen, elastin, hyaluronic acid, fibronectin, and fibrillin-key elements of the skin’s extracellular matrix. Each 30 mL bottle delivers a high dosage of over 10.6 billion vesicles, optimising skin firmness, density, and youthful structure.

Pseudoalteromonas Ferment Extract (PFE)
Harvested from 2,700 metres beneath the Arctic Ocean, this marine bioferment is rich in exopolysaccharides, which help restore and reinforce the skin barrier. By upregulating Desmoglein-3, a key protein for epidermal cell cohesion, this ferment strengthens intercellular connections to support barrier function, resilience and enhance skin texture. Clinically shown to increase dermal collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid to will smooth fine lines, firm the skin and maintain a luminous, hydrated appearance.

Carnosine Dipeptide: A naturally occurring dipeptide with anti-glycation and antioxidant properties, Carnosine plays a key role in maintaining collagen and elastin integrity, reducing the impact of oxidative stress, healing and supporting overall skin longevity.

Gardenia Florida Fruit Extract: Rich in phyto-antioxidants, this botanical extract provides broad-spectrum defence against oxidative stress and inflammation. Known for its natural blue tint due to its molecular Genipin content, it provides antioxidant and anti-inflammatory skin benefits. 

Tridration® Complex: This proprietary blend of three skin-identical humectants restores and maintains optimal skin hydration. Sodium PCA increases water-binding capacity, Betaine balances osmotic stress, and Sodium Lactate boosts skin smoothness and elasticity. This complex ensures the skin remains hydrated and receptive, which is essential for the optimal function of exosome signalling and the bioavailability of every active in the formula.
