Skincare and Cosmetics Returns:
For skincare and cosmetics products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund with proof of purchase.
Supplements (Synternals) and Nutritional Products:
For your health and safety, we are unable to accept returns for our SynTernals supplements and other nutritional products if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to make well-informed decisions and ensure that any product you select is right for you.
Damaged or Faulty Products:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will offer returns where required under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon return. All return items will undergo review by our quality control team.
Returns via Synergie Skin Stockists or Clinics:
If you need to return a product that was purchased via a Synergie Skin stockist or clinic, please contact them directly.
International Returns:
If you need to return a product that was purchased via an overseas Synergie Skin distributor, please contact them directly.
Please Note:
We typically accept returns only when less than 20% of the product has been used, unless the issue couldn’t have been reasonably identified earlier.
For example, if a fault such as a malfunctioning pump becomes evident after 50% of the product has been used, the return will still be considered.
Please note that we’re unable to offer replacements for products that are fully used at the time we receive them.These measures help ensure fairness for all customers and allow us to continue delivering the best customer experience possible.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 30 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty or packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded and are in addition to any of our manufacturer warranties.
Synergie Skin unfortunately cannot accept returns after 30 days if:
- A change of mind occurs
- The product is heavily used
- There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning products.
Accepted proof of purchase includes a tax invoice from your online order or a bank statement.
We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. However, during peak periods, it might take a little longer. Additionally, please note that your financial institution may require an extra 3–5 business days to finalise the refund on their end. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
