Submission Details
Submissions open 22 June 2026 and close 21 August 2026. Each entry includes a written response to one prompt, up to 400 words, and one supporting item as outlined in the category criteria.

1. Boutique Brilliance Award
Celebrating smaller clinics (teams of three or fewer) delivering exceptional client care and results.

Include:

2. Premier Clinic Award
Recognising excellence in client care, loyalty, and service breadth in larger clinics (teams of four or more).
Tell us:
Your clinic's approach to client care and what you're most proud of in how your team delivers results.
Include:
One piece of evidence showing client loyalty or growth (any format).
3. Momentum Award
Recognising Synergie partners in their first 24 months who have shown exceptional early growth and commitment.
Tell us:

4. Marketing Excellence Award
Recognising partners who champion the Synergie brand through outstanding marketing.

6. Premium Affiliate of the Year Award

A sales performance summary from your POS system or equivalent reporting tool, reflecting Synergie product sales over the past 12 months.
7. Client Transformation Award
Recognising clinics that have achieved remarkable skin results using Synergie products.

Your most significant client transformation, what the starting point was, what the journey looked like, and what the results meant for your client.
Include:
Three progress photos (baseline, midpoint, and final result), with client consent, along with a brief summary of the homecare products and professional treatments used throughout the journey.
Note: Only submit transformations that have occurred within 2025–2026.

Honouring clinics who have partnered with Synergie for three or more years.
Tell us:

SynSpiration Gala
Find everything you need to know about the Synergie Skin 2026 SynSpiration Gala, from event details and ticketing to award submissions.
What is the SynSpiration Gala?
The SynSpiration Gala is Synergie Skin’s annual partner awards evening. A formal black-tie celebration bringing together our clinic, affiliate, and clinician community for a night of recognition, connection, and celebration at The Ivy Ballroom, Sydney.
What does the evening include?
A cocktail reception on arrival, a curated seated dinner, award presentations throughout the evening, and a late-night celebration to close. Full program details will be shared with registered guests closer to the event.
How much are tickets and how do I purchase them?
Early Bird tickets are $199 and are available until 1 June 2026. From 2 June, tickets move to the full price of $249. Spots are strictly limited. We recommend securing your place early.
Can I bring my team?
Yes, tickets are available for individuals or groups. When purchasing via Humanitix, you can select your table and seats so you can be seated alongside your team.
Is there allocated seating?
Yes. Seating is allocated at the time of ticket purchase through Humanitix, where you can choose your table and seat.
Who can enter the awards?
The awards are open to active Synergie Skin clinic partners and premium affiliates. Each category has specific eligibility criteria outlined above. You do not need to attend the Gala to submit an entry, but we’d love to see you there.
Can I self-nominate for the Clinician Excellence Award?
No. The Clinician Excellence Award is by nomination only. A clinic owner, manager, or colleague must submit on behalf of the nominated clinician.
What do winners receive?
Award prizes will be announced ahead of the Gala. Winners will also receive industry recognition through PR and marketing exposure, and an exclusive digital winner’s badge and decal to display across their clinic and marketing channels.
When will finalists be announced?
Finalists will be announced on 1 October 2026. Winners will be revealed on the night at the SynSpiration Gala.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
Yes. As a venue requirement, all attendees must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the event. You may be asked to present valid photo ID at registration or on entry. Guests found to be under 18 at any point will be unable to continue their attendance, and tickets are non-refundable in this circumstance.
