Sometimes the most enduring rituals are the most effective.

Synergie Skins Guasha

Gua Sha, an ancient Chinese practice designed to promote circulation, balance, and healing, is having a well-deserved modern revival. With benefits that go beyond the surface, it’s become a go-to for those seeking radiant skin, reduced puffiness, and mindful moments of self-care.

Meet SynSculpt, Synergie Skin’s modern stainless steel Gua Sha tool that brings scientific precision to a centuries-old ritual. When paired with LumiBalance facial oil and NRgetic Biomask, it delivers visible results and a deeply relaxing experience.

How Gua Sha Works

Using light, gliding motions, Gua Sha stimulates circulation, relieves muscle tension, and supports lymphatic drainage, a crucial process for maintaining fluid balance and skin health.

Recent studies have shown that facial massage techniques like Gua Sha can help reduce lymphatic congestion and local inflammation, enhance nutrient delivery, and promote a more luminous complexion (Yao, Lin et al). Regular practice encourages skin vitality and a natural, healthy glow.

The Synergie Gua Sha Routine

Maximise your results with this three-step Synergie Skin routine:

  1. NRgetic Biomask – Energise and prep the skin with this antioxidant-rich mask
  2. LumiBalance – Apply this lightweight facial oil to condition the skin and allow the Gua Sha to glide on smoothly
  3. SynSculpt – Sculpt, lift, and refine using upward, outward strokes to promote firmness and clarity

This trio suits most skin types and is ideal for those seeking improved radiance, firmness, and long-term skin vitality.

How to Use SynSculpt at Home

Using SynSculpt is easy and incredibly calming.

After applying your Synergie Skin facial oil, serum, or sheet mask:

  1. Hold the tool flat to the skin
  2. Glide gently upwards and outwards, starting from the centre of your face
  3. Use the larger edges for your cheeks and forehead
  4. Switch to the smaller curved area around the nose, under the eye area, and jawline
  5. After each use, clean with mild soap and warm water, avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasives

Tip: Store it in the fridge for an extra de-puffing effect.

Gua Sha remains one of the simplest yet most effective ways to reconnect with your skin. With SynSculpt, ancient wisdom meets modern innovation to lift, de-puff, and flow with every intentional stroke.
