TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Participation in the Competition is subject to the following terms and conditions and includes all information we provide on how to enter and the prize available. By submitting an entry into the Competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only entries that comply with these terms and conditions will be considered valid and eligible to win.

  2. The Promoter is Synergie Skin Pty Ltd | ACN 119 198 560 | ABN 13 472 242 412, registered address 17/21 Longford Court, Springvale VIC 3171 and contactable on 1300 689 619 (Promoter).

 

THE COMPETITION

  1. To win the Prize listed in clause 10 below, the Eligible Entrant must enter their first name, email address, and skin type in the form on the Promoter’s Meta advertisement or website and must submit the form during the Competition Period (Competition).

 

COMPETITION PERIOD

  1. The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 22 May 2025 and will run on an ongoing basis with no specified end date (Competition Period).

  2. One winner will be randomly drawn each calendar month from all valid entries received up until 11:59pm AEST on the last day of that month.

 

WHO CAN ENTER THE COMPETITION?

  1. The entrant must ordinarily reside in Australia (Eligible Entrants).

  2. The Competition is open to residents of Australia, except employees of the Promoter and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Promoter or involved in judging the Competition (Ineligible Entrants).

 

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION

  1. The entrant must enter their full name, email address, and skin type in the form on the Promoter’s Meta advertisement or website and must submit the form during the Competition Period to be eligible.

  2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received for any reason.

 

PRIZE

  1. The prize for each draw is:

  • A $500 Synergie Skin online gift card

  1. The prize is as stated and no alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

 

WINNER CONDITIONS

  1. This is a game of chance. One winner will be selected at random each month from all eligible entries submitted during that calendar month.

  2. Each monthly winner will be notified via email by Synergie Marketing by the 5th day of the following month using the email address submitted at the time of entry. The Promoter will also advise how and when the prize will be delivered.

 

UNCLAIMED PRIZES

  1. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact and identify the prize winner.

  2. If a prize remains unclaimed within six weeks of the email notification, a redraw will occur at Synergie Skin Pty Ltd, 17/21 Longford Court, Springvale VIC 3171, and a new winner will be selected and notified in the same manner.

 

USE OF ELIGIBLE ENTRANTS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

  1. Personal information including name, email address, and skin type will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition and for future marketing communications from the Promoter.

  2. By entering, entrants consent to their personal information being used for the above purposes and to being contacted by Synergie Skin for promotional communications.

  3. Entrants may access or update their personal information by contacting the Promoter at info@synergieskin.com or by phone on 1300 689 619. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy is available at synergieskin.com.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS

  1. By entering this Competition via Facebook or Instagram, entrants:

  • Agree to comply with the terms of use of these platforms;

  • Release Facebook and Instagram from any claims related to the Competition;

  • Acknowledge that the Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram or any other social network.

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues that may affect entry or the conduct of the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the Competition if such issues arise.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. By entering, entrants license the Promoter to use, reproduce, and publish their entry content in any format or medium for promotional purposes without compensation.

  2. Entrants waive any moral rights associated with the entry content and consent to its use by the Promoter.

 

PUBLICITY

  1. By entering, the winner agrees to the use of their name and entry content in publicity related to the Competition without compensation.

  2. Personal data will be used in accordance with Australian privacy laws and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions due to unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Any changes will be communicated by the Promoter as soon as practicable.

  3. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

  4. Entrants are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

  5. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants and disqualify any who do not comply with these terms or who tamper with the entry process.

  6. This Competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
