Directions
- No food or drink for 30 minutes
- Pull open wrapper. Do not touch cotton tip.
- Rub firmly against the inside of your cheek for at least 30 seconds.
- Place swab into the tube. Once inside the tube, snap the handle where the groove is.
- Insert the absorbent canister from within the silver wraper, then seal the tube securely with the cap provided.
- Apply the first barcode to the tube.
- Complete your consent form and apply the second barcode to the form.
- Place your sample and consent form into the specimen bag.
- Register your kit online at http://synergie.dnakit.online
Your sample will not be processed unless it is registered. Your kit number is found within the box and must start with "SYN-" (do not enter the barcode).
