1. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Thursday 14 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 4 June 2026 ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.

2.2 Employees, directors, officers and contractors of Synergie Skin Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2.3 By entering, participants confirm they meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.


3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, eligible participants must, during the Promotional Period:

  • Follow @synergieskin on Instagram

  • Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post on Instagram

  • Share the giveaway post to an Instagram Story

  • Place a single order of $99 or more on the Synergie Skin website at https://synergieskin.com. Every $99 is 3 bonus entries.

3.3 Bonus entries do not replace the mandatory entry method outlined in clause

3.4 A valid primary entry must be submitted to be eligible to win. 

3.5 Purchase is not required to enter or win. The purchase bonus entry mechanic does not increase a participant's chances of winning to a degree that makes the promotion a game of chance requiring a permit under applicable state legislation, as a free and equal entry method is available.

3.6 Participants may only submit one primary entry per person. Multiple primary entries submitted by the same person will be disqualified.

3.7 Entries must be submitted by the participant and may not be submitted by a third party on their behalf.

3.8 If a qualifying purchase of $99 or more is subsequently returned, any bonus entries awarded as a result of that purchase will be automatically voided and removed from the draw.

3.9Bonus entries will not be awarded for any actions completed outside of the Promotional Period outlined in clause 1. Actions taken before the commencement date or after the closing date will not qualify for bonus entries, regardless of when the primary entry was submitted.


4. The Prize

4.1 There is one (1) prize available, consisting of:

  • One (1) Travel Voucher (from a travel company of Synergie Skin's choosing) valued at $5,000 AUD, supplied as two (2) x $2,000 vouchers and one (1) x $1,000 voucher

  • One (1) Synergie Skin Voucher valued at $1,000 AUD

  • Total prize value: $6,000 AUD

4.2 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

4.3 The Travel Voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the selected travel company. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any changes to or cancellation of the voucher by the selected travel company.

4.4 The Synergie Skin voucher is issued at the sole discretion of the promoter and may be subject to change based on availability.

4.5 If the prize or any component of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

 

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be selected by random draw conducted using a third-party draw tool on Monday 8 June 2026 at 17–19 Longford Court, Springvale VIC 3171.

5.2 The draw will be conducted in a manner that ensures each valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

5.3 The winner will be notified by email, using the address provided at the time of entry, on or around 20 June 2026.

5.4 If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

5.5 The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

6. Prize Redemption

6.1 The winner must respond to the prize notification email within five (10) business days of receipt to claim their prize. 

6.2 Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize and the selection of a new winner at the promoter's discretion.

6.3 The prize will be delivered or communicated to the winner within 28 days of a verified claim.

 

7. Privacy

7.1 Personal information collected through this promotion will be used by Synergie Skin Pty Ltd for the purposes of administering the promotion and, with the entrant's consent, for ongoing marketing communications.

7.2 Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email communication. 

7.3 Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Synergie Skin Privacy Policy, available at https://synergieskin.com/pages/privacy-policy, and the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

 

8. General Conditions

8.1 The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent entries, or acts in a manner considered dishonest or unethical.

8.2 The promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if it is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

8.3 To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of entering or participating in this promotion or accepting a prize.

8.4 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook or Instagram). By entering, participants release Meta from any and all liability in connection with this promotion.

8.5 This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and territory laws of Australia.

8.6 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

 

9. Winner Announcement

The winner will not be publicly announced and will be notified directly via email on or after Monday 8 June 2026.
