Terri’s Great Skin Salad Dressing Recipe

We all know the benefits of flax seed oil for providing vital omega fatty acids. All these ingredients are great for general health and specifically reduce inflammation and body acid levels.
Ensure you use this dressing within a week as it is best eaten fresh. Enjoy!
  • 100 ml Flax seed oil (Melrose Organic is a good brand- Look in the fridge at the health food store)
  • 70 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 heaped tablespoon wholegrain mustard
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 sachet Natvia natural sweetener (available at major supermarkets)
  • dash of pepper
Shake well and keep refrigerated. Use on salad or steamed vegetables. Recommend 1-2 tablespoons/day.
* add fresh super-foods ginger and turmeric for some added spice!
