Outside of Australia:
It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange their return’s shipment to our facility before a refund or exchange can be processed. We highly recommend a shipping method that offers tracking upon receipt. Follow the instructions provided in your email, or for further assistance please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Print your returns label, affix to your package, then drop it off at the post office at no cost to you.

The estimated delivery time for shipping outside of Australia is 3-10 business days for metropolitan areas of major cities. Please note that this excludes time in Customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.
In accordance to Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 30 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty, or packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded and are in addition to any of our manufacturer warranties.
Synergie Skin unfortunately cannot accept returns after 30 days if:
- A change of mind occurs
- The product is heavily used;
- There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning products.
Accepted proof of purchase includes a tax invoice from your online order or a bank statement.
It may take Synergie Skin and your financial institution up to 8 business days to process your refund.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for your order.
