    Within Australia:

    • Free shipping for orders over $35 AUD
    • $8 flat rate shipping for orders under $35 AUD

    • 5 business days Australia wide (up to 7 business days for remote locations)

    Outside of Australia:

    • $18 AUD for all international locations

    • Estimated delivery times of 7-12 business days for metro areas of major cities, excluding any time in Customs

    • May be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control

    • Consumers in charge of all import taxes, customs duties and fees.

  • RETURNS

    Within Australia:

    • 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of purchase is required for refunds

    • Original proof of purchase is required

    • If you need to return a product that was purchased via a Synergie Skin stockist or clinic, please contact them directly

    Outside of Australia:

    • If you need to return a product that was purchased via an overseas Synergie Skin distributor, please contact them directly

How to return an item

Returns without an authorisation will not be accepted

    Register for a return using the below online form.

    If you purchased from an international distributor or a Synergie Skin stockist, please contact them directly for assistance.

  • Step 2

    Within Australia:

    Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you shortly. A returns label will be sent to you upon approval.

    Outside of Australia:

    It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange their return’s shipment to our facility before a refund or exchange can be processed.

    We highly recommend a shipping method that offers tracking upon receipt. Follow the instructions provided in your email, or for further assistance please email returns@synergieskin.com.

  • Step 3

    Within Australia:

    Print your returns label, affix to your package, then drop it off at the post office at no cost to you.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Shipping will take 3-5 business days Australia wide, or up to 7 business days for remote locations within Australia.

The estimated delivery time for shipping outside of Australia is 3-10 business days for metropolitan areas of major cities. Please note that this excludes time in Customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.

Australia Post has been impacted by current restrictions and this would result into delays in deliveries. Please allow an extra 3 days for delivery of your order (5 days for Perth and regional areas).

In accordance to Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 30 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty, or packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded and are in addition to any of our manufacturer warranties.

Synergie Skin unfortunately cannot accept returns after 30 days if:

  • A change of mind occurs
  • The product is heavily used
  • There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation

Please note the 100% satisfaction guarantee does not include Plabeau G4+, Home Rollers and SkinGeneius.

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning products.

Accepted proof of purchase includes a tax invoice from your online order or a bank statement.

It may take Synergie Skin and your financial institution up to 8 business days to process your refund.

Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for your order.
