Frequently Asked Questions
In accordance to Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns outside of 30 days in the unlikely event a product is faulty, or packaging is malfunctioning, and you will be granted a full refund including shipping. Consumer guarantees are not excluded and are in addition to any of our manufacturer warranties.
Synergie Skin unfortunately cannot accept returns after 30 days if:
- A change of mind occurs
- The product is heavily used;
- There is a minor colour, odour or viscosity variation

Proof of purchase must be provided when returning products. We will accept tax invoice from your online order either or a bank statement.
It may take Synergie and your financial institution up to 8 business days to process the refund.
Returned items will be refunded using the same method used to make payment for your order.
If you have purchased your products from a Synergie Skin Stockist, please contact the clinic you originally purchased the products from.
Once your order has been sent, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days via Standard Australia Post eParcel. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to remote locations Australia-wide.
To ensure secure delivery of your parcel, a signature will be required upon delivery or pick up at your local post office if you are not home. Our postal service delivers weekdays between 9am-5pm.
Products purchased on the Synergie Skin website can only be delivered within Australia. If you are based overseas, please refer to our list of international distributors here.
